Returns and refunds

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
2. Return and exchange conditions
If you receive an item damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@ramonel.shop or to +33 6 86 64 90 57 with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
Being in their original packaging
Not to have been used
Be in perfect condition
Items not complying with these conditions will not be accepted. In this case, we will inform the customer and offer them the possibility of recovering the item at their own expense.
3. Returns procedure

4. Return costs
The cost of returning undamaged goods is borne by the customer. On the other hand, Ramonel will cover the cost of returning defective products or products damaged on receipt. No restocking costs is applied.
5. Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original method of payment within a maximum period of 7 working days.
