We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days after validation of the order.

Delivery is free for orders of €150 or more. For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges of €35 apply.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Contact us as soon as possible via contact@ramonel.com for any changes or cancellations.

You have 30 days to return an item if it is new, unused and in its original packaging. The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer, except in the case of an item damaged on delivery.

The refund is made under 7 days after inspection of the returned product.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with photos at contact@ramonel.com so that we can find a solution.
