1. Delivery areas and methods
We deliver to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy. All products are shipped by La Poste.
2. Delivery times
Orders are processed under 1 to 2 working days after validation of the payment.
Transit time to all the destinations we deliver to is estimated at between 5 and 10 working days.
3. Delivery charges
Free delivery for all orders of an amount equal to or greater than 150 EUR.
For orders of less than 150 EURstandard delivery charges of 35 EUR apply.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your parcel. If you have any problems with tracking, you can contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone for assistance.
5. Delivery problems
If you notice a problem with your order (damaged parcel, missing or incorrect item), please contact our customer service department within 48 hours after receipt by e-mail to contact@ramonel.shop or by telephone on +33 6 86 64 90 57.
