1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Ramonelspecialising in the sale of food processors, mixers, blenders and air fryers, and anyone making a purchase from the site www.ramonel.shop.
2. Products and availability
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Ramonel cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Product availability is indicated on the site. In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and may be reimbursed or choose a replacement product.
3. Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the site are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
Ramonel accepts payment by credit card and bank transfer.
Payment is due in full when the order is placed.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
4. Ordering and validation
All orders placed on the Ramonel constitutes acceptance of these GCS. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail after validation of payment. Ramonel reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or a previous dispute with the customer.
5. Delivery
Delivery in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy via La Poste.
Free delivery for orders over 150€.
For orders under 150€delivery charges of 35€ apply.
Orders are processed under 1 to 2 working days.
Transit times: between 5 and 10 working days after validation of the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
The cost of returning an item is borne by the customer, except in the case of an item damaged on delivery.
The refund is made under 7 days after inspection of the returned product.
7. Warranty and after-sales service
The products sold by Ramonel benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects.

8. Liability
Ramonel shall not be held liable for any indirect damage that may occur during the use of the products. In the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the execution of orders may be suspended without Ramonel being held liable.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those of Ramonel's registered office.
